About the Session

Fluid AI’s Co-Founders, Raghav Aggarwal and Abhinav Aggarwal, will be joining two separate sessions at ImagiNXT 2026. On Day 1, Raghav Aggarwal will be part of a fireside chat titled Your Colleague Is a Bot Now, alongside Rohit Chennamaneni from Darwinbox and Neeraj Bhargava from Aistra Labs. The session will explore how enterprise AI deployment is reshaping workforces inside Indian companies, where AI augments teams, where it automates work, and what leadership through this transition should look like. On Day 2, Abhinav Aggarwal will join the panel The AI-Native Startup Is a Different Animal, alongside Samyak Chakrabarty from Workverse & The Smart Fellowship. The conversation will focus on what changes when AI becomes the core of a company, including margins, model dependency, moats, production performance, and how investors should think about AI-native businesses. Together, the sessions move beyond AI demos and focus on what AI changes inside real companies.
